I move amendment No. 10:
In page 15, subsection (5), lines 18 and 19, to delete "maternity leave, additional maternity leave or leave under subsection (1) or (4) of section 16" and substitute "protective leave".
This amendment seeks to bring health and safety leave under this subsection. The original text overlooked providing for it. The term "protective leave" has been defined in section 21 (1) and covers all the types of leave which warrant protection under section 22 (5), which is being amended.
