I move amendment No. 13:
In page 8, subsection (1), line 15, before "The Board" to insert "Notwithstanding section 8,".
It is proposed to commence subsection (1) with the words "Notwithstanding section 8, . . . to avoid any doubt that the provisions relating to the unauthorised disclosure of information are subordinate to those of this subsection and do not constitute an obstacle to furnishing information to the Minister. I do not want management or the board of the VHI depriving the shareholder of information properly requested by using the previous section, section 8.
