SECTION 54.

I move amendment No. 60:

In page 50, subsection (2), line 47, after "Court)" to insert "and, subject to any appeal to the High Court on a point of law, the decision of the Circuit Court on an appeal under subsection (1) shall be final and conclusive".

This is a technical amendment which clarifies the nature of the appeals procedures available under the section.
