In attendance today are Mary Jackson, assistant principal officer, and Peter Smyth, higher executive officer.
We have considered the subheads and in accordance with the new Standing Order 79B the Committee Clerk will now send a message to the Clerk of the Dáil to the effect that the Select Committee has completed consideration of the Supplementary Estimate for the Department of Tourism, Sport and Recreation. The Ceann Chomhairle will then convey that message to the Dáil at the earliest opportunity.
Next year will be busy and important in the context of sport and tourism. I hope the committee will work closely with the Minister and his Department.
