I welcome everyone to today's meeting, particularly the new members - Deputies Barry and Munster. I welcome back Deputies Fitzpatrick, Murphy and Troy. I am delighted to have been appointed Chairman of this committee and I look forward to working with all members to progress the issues that come before us. I want to give everyone an opportunity to bring forward issues that are important to them in order that we can do good work.
