I move amendment No. 3 :
In page 5, lines 39 and 40, to delete " any cause of action being ".
This amendment, and the one which follows, propose to clear up a point raised with me by members of the Committee and also by the Bar Council. The amendments will make it clear that a cause of action which gives rise to a claim for damages for negligence will not be excluded because it also gives rise to a claim for workmen's compensation.
