I move amendment No. 5 :

In subsection (2), page 6, line 13, before " loss " to insert " for ".

This amendment is designed to clarify the position in regard to the word " loss ". What we are dealing with is loss of expectation of life. As I am on this section, I should like to say that I am quite satisfied that all damages other than those specifically excluded will be recoverable in a death case. For instance, medical and surgical expenses and loss of wages will be recoverable by the estate.
