I move amendment No. 19 :

In subsection (5), paragraph (b), page 47, line 1, after " shares " to insert " or debentures ".

This amendment is to repair an omission. Subsection (5) should obviously have included " debentures " as well as " shares ". That is the purpose of the amendment.
