SECTION 71.

Question proposed : " That Section 71 stand part of the Bill."

This is the same as Section 58 of the 1908 Act.

The " nominal amount of its share capital " is the phrase used here. That obviously means nominal capital and is in contrast with the earlier phrase.

It is the expression that is normally used—" nominal capital ". I think the expression " registered capital " as used for the particular purpose of Section 70.

I see the trouble. My trouble is that it is not precisely defined. One of the points of Section 70 is that the additional fee is paid.
