SECTION 246.

Question proposed : " That Section 246 stand part of the Bill."

This is a new section. It is desirable that the creditors, contributories or any inspectors should have the fullest information in relation to the affairs of a company when it is being wound up by the court. It is provided in this section that the court may require the attendance of any officers of the company at a meeting of the creditors or contributories or of a committee of inspection for the purpose of giving information in connection with the company's affairs.
