I move amendment No. 107:
In subsection (2), page 170, line 36, after " statute " to insert " or instrument."
This is to correct the omission of the words " or instrument " which should have been included originally.

Amendment agreed to.
Question proposed: " That Section 340, as amended, stand part of the Bill."
This takes the place of Section 263 of the old Act. There are a number of minor changes but they are not important.
