The Special Committee has considered the Bill and has made amendments thereto. The Bill, as amended, is reported to the Seanad.

I should like to express my appreciation to the members of the Special Committee of the Seanad who have examined this Bill. I think I can say that even though the amendments have not been very many, they have been well presented, well considered by the Committee, and in effect, have improved the Bill.
