I might put a marker down here. I received notice yesterday that the insurance industry want to make representations to us that might entail an amendment and I am not in a position to discuss its merits at present. If we consider it desirable we will be putting down an amendment for Report Stage.

I am sorry but I am not in a position to do so. There have been some informal talks but we have no documentation yet. I gather it affects subsection (5) but I am not in a position to comment further at the moment.

Yes. Only yesterday. It would be prudent to get the representations in writing.
