My next amendment is to sub-section (2) of this section, " to delete all after the word ‘ all ' in line 6, and to substitute therefor the words' or any premises registered in pursuance of this Act." This again is a question of drafting. Is it necessary? If there is any doubt about it being necessary I shall withdraw it.
SECTION 27.
I think that the section is right. I think it would spoil it otherwise.
Is it necessary to have all that from the legal point of view?
I am afraid it is.
