I think the proper proceeding would be to fix a date for the consideration of the Bill and then fix a date a couple of days before that as the last date on which amendments will be received.
It was agreed that the Committee should meet at 4 p.m. on Thursday, 29th November, and that amendments should be received up to mid-day on Tuesday, 27th November.
