I move amendment No. 128:
In page 181, to delete lines 6 to 8 and substitute the following:
"(ac) the manner in which residual tax referred to in section 13 (3A) may be calculated and repaid;".
The amendment is consequential on the amendment of section 13 of the VAT Act by official amendment No. 125 which amends section 156 of the Bill.
