I welcome the Press. I understand the Minister and the Whips agreed that we would endeavour to finish our business today which would appear to be possible from my talks with some Deputies. Some Members will want to make arrangements for this evening. Perhaps we could take a brief lunch break and arrange a cut off point this evening. Seven o'clock has been suggested and a one hour break for lunch at approximately 1 p.m. Is that agreed?
