I move amendment No. 78 :—
In sub-section (1), page 45, line 41, to delete the word " separate capital ".
This is really a drafting amendment.
SECTION 97.
(1) The Board shall keep a separate capital fund (in this section referred to as the fund) to be called and known as the Bacon Marketing Fund and shall maintain and manage such fund in accordance with this Act.
