SECTION 149.

(1) The Board may by order make regulations in relation to all or any of the following matters, that is to say:—
(a) the returns to be made to the Board by holders of licences and registered minor curers;

I move amendment No. 167:—

In sub-section (1), paragraph (a), page 65, line 6, to insert after the word " returns " the following:—" (including returns in relation to any period or periods commencing before the date of such regulations, but not earlier than the 1st day of January, 1934.) "

I have two or three amendments already to enable them to get returns up to January 31st, 1934.

Sections 150 to 152, inclusive, agreed to.

We can delete Section 153. It is the same as the section that deals with the payment of fines.
