DEPUTY M. MARTIN IN THE CHAIR.

Before we move on I would like to point out that I have circulated to Members of the Committee a copy of a motion agreed by Dáil Éireann today which formally applies the provisions relating to voting agreed by the Committee at its first meeting. This motion also makes provision for the matter of the quorum of the Committee. I take it you all have a copy of that. We will resume on section 8, amendment 26, which is being discussed with amendment 27. Deputy Taylor was in possession.
