): The effect of this section is to amend slightly the Registration of Title Act, 1964 so as to add to the list of items which have to be registered as burdens on the relevant folios management agreements made under section 18 of the Bill where these agreements are so drawn up as to bind successors in title. The effect of this section is to enable the Registrar of Titles to register on the relevant folios notices of agreement such as to bind the successors in title of the owner.
