I move amendment No. 79:
In page 915, paragraph 3(a) of the Table, lines 21 to 22, to delete "University College Dublin" and substitute "the National University of Ireland, Dublin".
This is intended to achieve adaptation of existing law and practice by taking account of the changes in the titles of these colleges effected by the Universities Act, 1997. It is simply a question of changing to the current names and I am sure the Minister will have no objection.
I accept these amendments. As the Deputy said, their purpose is to take account of the changes in the titles of colleges effected by the Universities Act, 1997. The amendments accurately reflect the current names of the colleges concerned.
