I move amendment No. 106:
In page 1162, subsection (3)(b), line 14, to delete "and at his or her direction".
Section 157 of the Finance Act, 1997, had deleted the wording in question from the original provision, section 162 of the Income Tax Act, 1967. Hence the inclusion of the words in section 851 of the Bill is incorrect.
