I move amendment No. 123:
In page 1270, subsection (5), line 1, to delete "(3)(a)" and substitute "(4)(a)".
These amendments propose to rectify cross reference errors in subsections (5) and (6) of section 980 of the Bill. Both subsections contain a cross reference to subsection (3)(a) of the section. The cross reference should be to subsection (4)(a) of the section.
