In accordance with Standing Order 85, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:
The Standing Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills has (1) considered the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Bill 2005 and has made amendments, which may be classified as amendments to adapt the existing law, thereto; and, (2) the committee is of the opinion that the Bill, as amended, represents existing law.
In accordance with Standing Order 67, the following message will be sent to the Seanad:
The Standing Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills has (1) considered the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Bill 2005 and has made amendments, which may be classified as amendments to adapt the existing law, thereto; and, (2) the committee is of the opinion that the Bill, as amended, represents existing law.
