734 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Health and Children the amount spent by the Northern Area Health Board in each of the past five years in respect of compensation paid or legal costs arising from cases taken regarding bullying or anti-social behaviour in the workplace; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Responsibility for compensation and legal costs incurred rests in this instance with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has therefore requested the regional chief executive to investigate the matters raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
