View answerThe value of the construction works for the probation and welfare office at Donaghmede Shopping Centre was far below the limit that required advertising in the Official Journal of the EU Commission. In the opinion of the Commissioners of Public Works the works carried out at the second floor of Donaghmede Shopping Centre on behalf of the probation and welfare service do not add to the value of the shopping centre. The final cost for the fit out, including VAT and design team fees, of the probation and welfare offices at Donaghmede Shopping Centre is €1.805 million.
