202 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if his attention has been drawn to the recent report from the NESF, The Policy Implications of Social Capital, showing that high levels of volunteering and community spirit can boost economic performance, help reduce crime and tackle anti-social behaviour; if, in view of the report, he has plans to boost volunteering and participation in community groups; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
