View answerThe case referred to by the Deputy, in so far as it relates to the provision of services under the Child Care Act 1991 and the Health Acts, is a matter for the Eastern Regional Health Authority. I have asked the regional chief executive of the authority to let me have a report as a matter of urgency and I will contact the Deputy as soon as it is received.
