313 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the total allocation made to health boards in 2002 and 2003 under the special housing aid for the elderly scheme; the total allocation set aside or allocated for 2004; the number of jobs this funding will cover; the breakdown of funding per health board area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
