228 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will continue to contribute to the cost of transport to and from St. Patrick's special school, Kells Road, Kilkenny, for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; the reason it was discontinued from December 2003; and if he will expedite a decision in the case.
