330 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a query was sent by the Western Health Board to his Department, concerning blind welfare allowance entitlement policy in respect of persons aged over 16 years and under 18 years without dependants on 5 January 2004 and a reminder sent on 30 January 2004 has not been replied to; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
