Breen asked the Minister for Transport the number of applications waiting for driving tests in the centres at Shannon, Kilrush and Ennis; the average length of time applicants are waiting for their driving tests in each of these centres; the success rate in 2002 and 2003; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
