180 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a partial cull ewe payment for 2003, as promised in a previous reply. [4394/04]
View answerFarmers who joined the rural environment protection scheme, or REPS, during the course of the sheep production year 2003, including the person named, will receive a pro rata payment from my Department to cover the loss sustained by them for the months prior to the commencement of their REPS plan. It is expected that these payments will issue shortly.
