Question:414 Mr. Cregan asked the Minister for Health and Children the position regarding replacement funding for a childcare facility (details supplied) which had its funding severely reduced by social welfare estimates decisions announced in November 2003; the source from which replacement funding will come from; the length of time his Department will pay crèche supplements for existing children; if his Department is arranging payments directly or through its agencies for new children placed in same by NAHB personnel.
