275 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the action that has been taken on foot of claims amounting to malicious prosecution, Garda perjury and subsequent harassment made by a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; if any Garda or independent examination of those claims has been made or is proposed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
