View answerMy Department received in excess of 14,000 applications from farmers, requesting consideration of force majeure — exceptional circumstances to be taken into account in the calculation of their entitlements under the single payment scheme. The processing of these applications has commenced and individual applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application in due course.
