315 Mr. Crowe asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the joint application for inclusion in the summer works scheme made by St Maelruan’s senior and junior schools in order to replace the 29 year old boilers, which are badly corroded; if his attention has further been drawn to an examination of the mechanical and electrical services in the school carried out by an outside firm of engineers stating that the boilers need to be replaced; and if he will consider the applications. An application for funding under the summer works scheme 2004 has been received from the schools referred to by the Deputy. Applications under this scheme are currently being processed in my Department and details of successful applicants will be published on my Department's website no later than 27 February 2004.
