155 Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for Finance when a person (details supplied) will be dealt with; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the refund on the stamp duty due to them for almost two years has not been paid; if he can expedite this as a matter of urgency; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that they received the original stamped instrument of transfer from the Land Registry on Monday, 23 February 2004. The refund application is being processed at present and payment will issue within five working days.
