View answerThe prisoner concerned is serving a cumulative sentence of two years for the unauthorised taking of an MPV, criminal damage, no insurance, assault and trespass. He is scheduled to be released, with standard remission, on 27 July 2005. Therefore, I am not prepared to consent to his transfer to an open centre at this time.
