321 Mr. Morgan asked the Minister for Health and Children if there were consultations between his Department and the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform on the implications for cases of medical malpractice and negligence of the Civil Liability and Courts Bill 2004, which proposes to reduce the period covered by the Statute of Limitations from three years to one year.
