371 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Transport further to Parliamentary Question No. 89 of 14 October 2003, the further progress that has been made regarding the development of Kent station in Cork and the commercial development of Horgan’s Quay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand from CIE that there have been no significant developments since October 2003. Discussions are still continuing between CIE property division, a developer and Cork City Council. It is planned to bring a proposal to the city council in the current year.
