390 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to progress by the gardaí identifying the attackers in an unprovoked attack on a person (details supplied) in County Offaly that has resulted in the person being wheelchair bound and being unable to care for themselves; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
