View answerMy Department provides once-off grants by way of a scheme of grants to locally-based voluntary and community groups that focus on tackling poverty and disadvantage and enhancing community development.
Arrangements for the 2004 scheme are currently being finalised by my officials and I expect to announce details in the coming weeks. The scheme will be advertised in the national and provincial newspapers.
