423 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that there are still Dublin City Council properties with only outdoor toilet facilities for tenants; and his Department’s plans to ensure that Dublin City Council and other local authorities bring these properties into line with national and international housing standards and regulations. 424 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when he will approve the new scheme of lettings for Dublin City Council; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7911/04]

Dublin City Council submitted a revised scheme of letting priorities for approval in February 2004. The revised scheme is receiving consideration and a decision on the matter will be made shortly.
