158 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the outcome in a case (details supplied) and the number of successful prosecutions secured under the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2000 since its enactment for sale of alcohol to minors; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
