View answerThe independent licensing authority for sea fishing boats, established under the Fisheries (Amendment) Act 2003, has informed me that it has issued a letter of licence offer in respect of the vessel concerned. It assures me that a licence will issue as soon as the terms and conditions of the licence offer have been complied with.
