346 Ms Burton asked the Minister for Health and Children the regulations which exist concerning a person (details supplied) enquiring into the exact time of birth of their children in the Rotunda Hospital; if these details are recorded; if parents can access these details; and, if so, the way in which they can do so simply. Services at the Rotunda Hospital are provided under an arrangement with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has, therefore, asked the regional chief executive of the authority to examine the issues raised and to reply to the Deputy directly.
