View answerIn view of the rapidly escalating cost of providing the school transport service, which has more than doubled since 1997, my Department is in the process of finalising a review designed to identify efficiencies and savings which can contribute to a containment of the cost of this service. No decision has been taken regarding the implementation of any specific recommendation contained in the review.
