246 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science if a detailed response will be issued to a group (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as promised by his Department officials regarding its submission on establishing a school for autistic children in Goresbridge, County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is actively considering the application referred to by the Deputy. My officials are liaising with my Department's inspectorate, the National Educational Psychological Service and the patron bodies in this regard and a response will issue to the applicants as quickly as possible.
